Existing ESIC Panel Advocates Must Re-Apply
Existing empanelled advocates of ESIC RO-Panaji will cease to be on the panel once the new panel (2026-29) is finalized. Existing advocates must submit a fresh application using Annexure-III before 27 August 2026.

The empanelled advocates will represent the Corporation before the **High Court of Bombay at Goa**, Employees' Insurance (EI) Courts, District Courts, and JMFC Courts across North and South Goa districts. 5. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university in India.
- Bar Registration: Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council and in active practice.
- Subject Specialization: Must have extensive experience in handling Labour Law, ESI Act 1948, Service Law, Civil, and Criminal litigation.
- Conflict of Interest: Must not be handling any active legal case against ESIC.

- Empanelment Letter & Acceptance: Selected advocates will be issued empanelment letters after submitting formal acceptance.

Empanelled advocates will be paid legal fee and court appearance charges as per the official fee structure prescribed under the ESIC Fee Schedule / Office Memorandum.
