Assistant Professor (General Pediatrics):
Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act. Post Graduate qualification (MD/DNB in General Pediatrics) with a minimum of 3 years teaching and research experience as Senior Resident / Lecturer in a recognized medical institute after acquiring MD/DNB. -
Associate Professor:
Prescribed Postgraduate medical degree (MD/MS/DM/M.Ch or DNB) in the respective discipline with a minimum of 6 years teaching/research experience after PG, including 3 years as Assistant Professor in a recognized medical college or research institute. -
Professor:
Prescribed Postgraduate or Super-specialty medical qualification (DM/M.Ch or MD/MS) with at least 10 years teaching and research experience after PG, including 4 years as Associate Professor. -
Medical Council Registration:
Candidates must possess permanent registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or any State Medical Council.
