RCF Management Trainee 2026 Eligibility Criteria
As per the Corrigendum dated 24.08.2026, candidates must have completed and acquired their final degree qualification on or before 01 August 2026. Final year students whose results were declared by 01.08.2026 are fully eligible to apply.
- Qualification: Full-time 4-year B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Degree in relevant discipline from AICTE/UGC recognized university.
- Minimum Percentage: Minimum 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST category).
- HR: Full-time MBA / PG Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations with min 60% marks.
- Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) OR 2-year full-time MBA (Finance) with min 60% marks.
Age Limit (as of 01 August 2026)
- General / EWS Upper Age Limit: 27 Years
- OBC (NCL) Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxable by 3 years (up to 30 years).
- SC / ST Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxable by 5 years (up to 32 years).
- PwBD Candidates: Upper age relaxable by 10 years (13 years for OBC, 15 years for SC/ST).
RCF Management Trainee Salary Structure & Selection Process
Training Period Stipend (1 Year)
Selected Management Trainees undergo 1 year of training with a fixed consolidated monthly stipend of ₹60,000 per month.
Free Accommodation ProvidedRegular Scale Upon Absorption (E1 Grade)
Upon successful training completion, MTs are absorbed as Officers (E1 Grade) in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.

- Computer Based Online Test (CBT): Objective exam testing Discipline Knowledge (80 questions) and Aptitude/Reasoning (20 questions).

- Final Merit List: Prepared based on 80% weightage for CBT score + 20% weightage for Interview.
