Eligibility Criteria
Essential Educational Qualification:
Option A (Degree Holder):
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University; OR
- B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized Institute/University.
- Must be registered as Nurses & Midwife with State / Indian Nursing Council.
Option B (Diploma Holder):
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized Board/Council.
- Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a 50-bedded Hospital after acquiring essential qualification.

Selection Process
The recruitment of Nursing Officers through NORCET-11 involves the following 4 stages:
