5. Educational Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Full-time Regular B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent engineering qualification from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General / OBC / EWS Candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Engineering Degree.
- SC / ST / PwBD Candidates: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Engineering Degree.
- Experience: Fresh engineering graduates are fully eligible. Prior work experience is NOT mandatory.
- Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
- Medical Standard: Candidates must possess sound health and meet HAL's prescribed physical and medical standards for PSU executive cadre appointments.

8. HAL Salary 2026 & Pay Scale

Personal Interview
Candidates shortlisted based on CBT score in 1:5 ratio will be called for interview round.
Document Verification
Verification of original marksheets, degree certificates, category certificates, and ID proof.
