๐ IOCL Eligibility Criteria 2026 (Post Wise)
Disciplines: Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Computer Science & IT.
- Qualification: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech / equivalent degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized AICTE/UGC university.
- Minimum Marks: Minimum 65% marks in aggregate for General / EWS / OBC-NCL candidates (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Qualification: 2-year full-time regular MBA / PG Diploma in Business Administration equivalent to MBA as per AIU, with specialization in Marketing Management.
- Minimum Marks: 60% marks for General / EWS / OBC-NCL (55% marks for SC / ST / PwBD).
- Specialization Proof: Marketing specialization must be established from the final degree certificate or official AIU/Institute certificate confirming that the majority of elective papers conform to Marketing.
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline + 3-year LLB OR 5-year integrated LLB recognized by Bar Council of India (BCI).
- Minimum Marks: 60% marks for General / EWS / OBC-NCL (55% marks for SC / ST / PwBD).
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification professional experience as on 30 June 2026.
- Eligible Experience Scope: Experience in litigation, arbitration/conciliation, legal drafting, contractual documentation, legal opinions, M&A, joint ventures, or regulatory matters. (Internships, teaching, and part-time work are not counted).
- Qualification: Master's degree in Chemistry (Inorganic, Organic, Analytical, Physical, Applied, or Industrial Chemistry).

- Safety Post: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical + 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution.
