10. Salary Structure, Increments, Probation & Service Bond
Scale of Pay & Allowances (JMGS Scale-I)
In addition to the initial starting Basic Pay of ₹48,480/- per month, selected Local Bank Officers will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Leased Housing accommodation, Medical Aid, Special Allowances, and other perquisites as per Bank Service Rules in force from time to time.
