IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026 (CRP RRBs XV): The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the detailed central employment notification for the Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs XV) announcing a massive total of 13,706 Vacancies for Group 'A' Officers (Scale-I PO, Scale-II & Scale-III) and Group 'B' Office Assistants (Multipurpose / Clerk) across 43 participating Regional Rural Banks in India.
The online application window is active from 01 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 at ibps.in. Eligible Indian graduates can apply online. A candidate can apply for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for ONE post in the Officer cadre (either Scale-I, Scale-II, or Scale-III) by submitting separate applications and fees.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Office Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline + Local language proficiency + Computer knowledge. (No experience needed).
- Officer Scale-I (PO): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preference to Agri, IT, Law, Economics) + Local language proficiency. (No experience needed).
- Officer Scale-II (GBO): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with min 50% marks + 2 Years' experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (IT Officer): Degree in CS / IT / ECE with min 50% marks + 1 Year's experience in relevant field.
- Officer Scale-II (Law / CA / Agri / Marketing): Degree in relevant subject with 50% marks + 1 to 2 Years' experience.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks + 5 Years' experience as an Officer in a Bank/FI.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Two-stage online examination system:
- Preliminary Online Examination: Screening test (80 Qs / 80 Marks / 45 Mins).
- Main Online Examination: 200 Qs / 200 Marks / 120 Mins.
- Provisional Allotment: 100% final merit determined strictly on Main Exam score. (No Interview).
Officer Scale-I, II & III
Online Examination + Common Interview:
- Scale-I: Prelims Exam → Main Exam → Common Interview.
- Scale-II & III: Single Online Exam → Common Interview.
- Final Weightage: 80:20 (Online Exam 80% + Interview 20%). Total Interview = 100 Marks (Min 40% to qualify, 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
