📌 Special Post Availability Conditions:
- Office Superintendent & Assistant (NS) posts are available up to 31 December 2028.
- Senior Administrative Assistant post will be available with effect from 11 September 2026.
- The total number of posts is tentative and AIIMS Nagpur reserves the right to vary the vacancies as per administrative requirements.
AIIMS Nagpur Recruitment 2026 – Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria
1. Nursing Superintendent (Level 11)
- Must be serving officers in State/Central Govt or Autonomous/Statutory Bodies.
- Holding an analogous post on regular basis; OR
- Deputy/Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹5,400 (Level 9/10).
2. Deputy Nursing Superintendent (Level 10)
- Serving officers holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
- Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 2 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹5,400.
3. Assistant Accounts Officer (Level 7)
- Officers from Central/State/UT Govt, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or R&D Organisations.
- Holding analogous post; OR Junior Accounts Officer with 5 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹4,200 (Level 6).
4. Office Superintendent (Level 6)
- Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
- Have 10 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹2,400 (Level 4) in the relevant establishment field.
5. Assistant (NS) (Level 6)
- Holding analogous post; OR 10 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹2,400.
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University + Proficiency in Computers.
6. Personal Assistant (Level 6)
- Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
- Have 10 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹2,400 in secretarial/stenography cadre.
7. Technicians (Laboratory) (Level 6)
- Route A: B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) + 5 years' experience.
- Route B: Diploma in MLT (DMLT) + 8 years' experience.
- For OT/Anaesthesia: B.Sc. in OT Techniques + 5 yrs exp OR 12th Science + Diploma in OT + 8 yrs exp.
8. Senior Administrative Assistant (Level 4)
- Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR
- Have 8 years' regular service in Grade Pay ₹1,900 (Level 2) + Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
AIIMS Nagpur Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit & Deputation Tenure
Maximum Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Initial Deputation Period
The standard initial deputation period is 3 years, extendable as per Central Government norms (DoPT guidelines).

Appointed candidates will draw pay in the respective 7th CPC Pay Levels along with usual Central Government allowances admissible at Nagpur:

Selection Process & Exam Pattern Clarification
No Written Exam for Deputation Posts
Since this recruitment is conducted exclusively on a deputation basis, there is no written test or CBT examination Syllabus. Selection will be based on scrutiny of service records, APAR ratings, cadre eligibility, and a personal interview/interaction if decided by the Director, AIIMS Nagpur.
TA/DA Policy: As per the official notification, no TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the personal interaction or interview process.
