Eligibility Criteria 2026-27

Applicants must satisfy all of the following requirements specified by the Reliance Foundation:

  • 1. Indian Citizenship: The applicant must be a resident Indian citizen.
  • 2. Class 12 Qualification: Must have passed Standard 12 / Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
  • 3. First-Year Student Status: Must currently be enrolled in the first year of a regular full-time undergraduate degree course during academic year 2026-27.
  • 4. Any Subject Stream: Open to students pursuing any stream (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, BE, BBA, BCA, Law, Medicine, etc.).
  • 5. Household Income: Gross annual household income must be less than ₹15,00,000 (₹15 Lakh). Preference is given to lower income slabs.
