4. Who Can Appear for GATE 2027?
GATE has highly relaxed eligibility guidelines with NO upper age limit and NO restriction on number of attempts:
- Current Students: Candidates currently studying in the 3rd year or higher of any eligible undergraduate degree program (B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch / B.Sc / B.Com / B.A. / MCA / M.Sc).
- Graduates: Candidates who have already completed any government-approved degree in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, Arts or Humanities.
- Age Ceiling: No Upper Age Limit.
